“It’s Always A lopsided Fight When Only One Side is Fighting!“

Over the past 14 Blogs in this series: “Bribed, Blackmailed and Brainwashed,” I’ve attempted to show the multi-pronged attack that globalist forces, seeking to bring in “The New World Order,” have used in undermining our institutions here in America. And they’ve done much to subvert our American institutions such as: Government, Education, Media, Medical Care, Law Enforcement, Legal System, Social Services, Entertainment and Academia. In the process they have also “dispirited” average citizens, making them feel like the battle is over, “what’s the use in trying to fight back?” Sadly, over the past 50 years very few of us have fought back – or even taken a stand for righteousness, fair play and justice. Nowhere can this spirit of “giving up and compromising” be seen more fully than in the Republican Party.  How ironic, a party that was formed to fight against the slavery of African Americans, unwilling to compromise with Southern Democrats who were so intent on keeping their slaves, they seceded from the Union and took up arms to keep their slave property!

But there was a champion, a Kentucky-born Senator from Illinois, a resolute “Abolitionist” who was unwilling to compromise with the Democrats – insisting that “no man had the right to keep another man in bondage.” That man was Abraham Lincoln. Upon his election, over half of the Union seceded and formed the “Confederate States of America,” a country within a country – wherein slavery would continue unabated. After the shock of the first major battle at Bull Run (Manasses), it was clear that this conflict over slavery was not going to be settled amicably. President Lincoln, with the Union’s clear advantages: Railroads, Industrial Capacity, Men, Horses and Munitions – sought to take the war to the enemy, minimizing the “carnage” on both sides. But to his dismay, even with the Union’s far superior numbers and supplies, the Union army lacked a leader who would take the battle to the Rebels in the Southern States. Several generals had previously led the “Army of the Potomac,” all of which failed to take the fight to the Confederates. Names like McClelland, Burnside, Hooker and Meade each had their moment in the sun – but failed to prosecute the war.

Ulysses S. Grant had been a former Colonel from Illinois, promoted to Lieutenant General in 1861.  In battle, he had been victorious in the Western theatre of the Civil War in 1862, and later winning the Battle of Vicksburg in 1863 that gave the Union full control of the Mississippi River. But it wasn’t until 1864 that he was placed in charge of the Main fighting force:  The Army of the Potomac. It might surprise you, but the media in this country has always been antagonistic, usually trying to make themselves the center of attention. Because Grant was rumored to be a drinker, the press taunted Lincoln often – trying to get him to dump Ulysses S. Grant. On one occasion, after deriding Grant – implying that he didn’t have the skills ‘to general’ such a large army, as shown on the picture above, Lincoln uttered the quote: “I can’t spare this man, he fights!” Now, some 160+ years later, the jackals in the media taunt President Trump daily over the “inadequacies and unprofessionalism of Trump’s team.”  To be honest, what they really hate is that Donald Trump is also a “fighter,” and has assembled a team of “fighters” who actually fight back against the battles that are already raging.

In this blog, we’ll briefly look at three battles in which either Americans, or more specifically the Republican Party, has been late in fighting back – even when the battle was already raging:  Lawfare, Tariffs and Redistricting. Let’s take them in reverse order. First – Redistricting. To hear the Democrats talk, you would think that the newly energized Republican Party in several states are doing something illegal and novel. Nothing could be further from the truth. Redistricting, also known as gerrymandering – has been going on since the nation’s founding. And while Republicans have done some Redistricting of their own – it pales in comparison to what the Democrats do. For example, there are six New England states where Democrat majorities have completely eliminated Republican seats: Connecticut, Vermont, Massachusetts, Road Island, New Hampshire and Maine – have “Zero,” that’s right “Zero” Republican congressmen!  You see, Democrats practice unrepresentative redistricting as an artform.  But Democrats believe that it is their sole right to play this political game, giving themselves congressional advantage. When they do it, it’s totally OK, it’s how Democracy works. But when Republicans do it, it’s “A Threat to Democracy!”

Second – Tariffs.  Again, what’s ironic with this whole subject is: The Marxist Left and even some “fake-free-market- proponents” on the Right – pretend that it’s Trump who is starting a Tariff War!  Notwithstanding their caterwauling and screaming – Donald J. Trump wasn’t the one who started Economic Tariffs; HE IS JUST THE FIRST PRESIDENT IN MODERN HISTORY TO PLACE TARIFFS ‘ON THE COUNTRIES THAT ALREADY HAD TARIFFS ON AMERICAN PRODUCTS!’  You heard me right, much of the world uses Tariffs against American products and companies, all to protect their own producers and citizens!  In reality, what these “nay-sayers” on both the Left and Right are saying is: “We have to allow every country on earth to place Tariffs on our products and services, BUT IT’S NOT FAIR WHEN WE PLACE TARIFFS ON THEIR PRODUCTS IN RETURN!”  It appears that Trump is completely right, these people on the Marxist-Progressive-Left ‘really do hate America and her citizens,’ and at every turn seek to put American interests “last!”  Despite the “nay-sayers” screaming: “Trump is going to start a Trade War,” the truth is: “There was already a trade war going on, but only one side was fighting!”

Third – Lawfare. It’s ironic, now that President Trump and his Department of Justice are actually holding men and women accountable for “actual crimes” (where there was factual proof and evidence), the “Progressive-Democrat-Deep State” is screaming “Lawfare!” They claim that Trump is Hitler and an authoritarian dictator!  They claim that closing the border and arresting people who broke the law (including those who broke into the United States), is using the Law illegally! Say what?  Many of these same Deep State Democrats actually passed the very laws that Trump is now enforcing. They claim that Trump holding them and their constituencies to a lawful standard, turns this country into an authoritarian state – and he’s using the courts to further his personal agenda. Again, nothing could be further from the truth!  Trump is doing something they didn’t expect, He’s fighting back!  Establishment Republicans – that is: “The Grand Old Party” (GOP) in our modern era, has been quite happy to compromise with the Radical Democrats and play the role of “loyal opposition.” 

Even when they are in the majority, they are mostly a rubber stamp for the Democrats’ radical policies. Let me repeat a phrase I heard many years ago: “When the Republicans are not in the majority, they are out of office and out of power. But when the Democrats are in the Minority, they are just out of office, but never out of power!”  Two things that have long frustrated me: “The Democrats lie, cheat, steal, defraud, betray and bully – and the Republicans let them!”  Here’s another irony that I’ve observed over the past 65 years I’ve watched politics: “The Democrats are very good at campaigning and gaining power, but are horrible at governing. The Republicans are mostly inept at campaigning and gaining power – but are usually competent at governing!”

One only has to look at the policy disasters of the past 60 years (i.e. paying 15-year-olds to have children out of wedlock, bussing children all over town to achieve racial integration, no-cash bail, open borders, and pursuing DEI and not excellence), to mention only a few. It’s easy to see that the Democrats are only good at “talking the talk,” but are totally incapable of “walking the walk.”  Again, as I’ve said before, the Democrat Party and RINO Republicans have no intention of fixing anything – that would take away their power.  All they want to do is “boast about what they’re going to do,” while transferring Billions of Dollars in tax money into their programs (and into their own pockets). The really good news is that the American people are finally wising up. The Deep State Democrats and RINOS have warned Trump repeatedly about Tariffs, or going after those who broke the law and used government agencies to go after their political opponents – now warn him about “Redistricting.”  Happily, it’s too late to threaten Trump or his MAGA supporters of “doom and gloom” if we fight back.  It’s like having a completely useless Police Force warning us: “If you fight back when bad people try to rob, rape, mug or kill you – you’ll cause them to respond by robbing, raping, mugging and murdering you!” Finaly we patriotic Americans have figured out the absurdity of what they say!

As voters, we’ve finally started to figure out the games they play, and that absolutely nothing that comes out of their mouth is true, or worth entertaining for even a minute. They don’t believe or mean anything they say!  Not understanding how the rest of the world works, Trump started using what I referred to as “game theory” in a previous Blog: That the only way to counter their bad actions, is to legally do the very things they are doing!   In closing, my prayer is that God will grant more than just a political awakening, where people stop listening to the “malarkey that our political class is peddling,” but I hope we also see a real “spiritual awakening” and stop listening to the lies and deceptions of the evil one. As a people, we need to pursue righteousness in every part of our lives – and not completely bail on the culture around us.  We are to be “salt and light” in a decaying and fallen world. And like Ulysses S. Grant, we need to “fight for truth and righteousness!” Here is what Paul urged the Church at Philippi:

“Here is a last piece of advice. If you believe in goodness and if you value the approval of God, fix your minds on the things which are holy and right and pure and beautiful and good. Model your conduct on what you have learned from me, on what I have told you and shown you, and you will find the God of peace will be with you” (Philippians 4:8).
