The Art of Deception: “Flooding the Zone with Falsehoods!”

 Bribed, Blackmailed and Brainwashed:  AI Is Going To Be A Game Changer – Part 18

Looking at the massive volume of information that is out on Social Media – especially YouTube, I can understand why some Christian and Conservative thinkers refer to this deluge as a “sewer.” Not just because of the profligation of internet porn, but also the useless memes and videos on TikTok and other similar sites. I’m sure that some of it is genuinely funny, but much of it is senseless insanity without any comical value. And considering “The New World Order,” it is critical for the current generation of people to be as “malleable” as possible. People who are confused as to what is “Truth,” are much easier to “Bribe, Blackmail and Brainwash” into believing whatever the Deep State needs.  Reading standards and math scores have plummeted to their ‘lowest levels in the developed world.’ American teens by the millions are watching senseless stupidity that will not instill Western Values of Faith, Freedom or Virtue, nor does it give them anything ‘true to believe in.’  We are truly victims of our own prosperity and decadence. It’s no wonder that young Americans are voting for Communist-Socialism. They are neither aware of the bloody record of Socialist policies from the past, nor do they understand basic economics.  If they did, they would run from the likes of Zohran Mamdani!

Over the past 60 years since the “Great Society” of Lyndon Baines Johnson, the Evil One has waged a relentless campain against: “Truth, Justice and the American Way.” The battle has been fierce, and anyone who even dared to question the contradictions in these “un-American woke values” was ostracized and immediately destroyed, both politically and socially. Voices of truth were mocked, disdained, ridiculed and excluded from the national debate. Why would this be? Conservative and Christian voices were just “right-wing-extremists,” filled with hate and incapable of understanding the nuance of complex problems and social ills. In God’s providense, history has a way of exposing and correcting falsehoods. The past two elections of Donald Trump have seen the old values re-emerge and the ‘utopian’ myths of Democrat-Socialist governing have been exposed for what they are: Total Falsehoods! The reason I ultimately attribute our enemy as being the Evil One is because Satan “Is the Father of all Lies” (John 8:44).

You could describe Satan’s strategies for the past 60 years as a ‘full frontal assault.’ But be aware – Satan is always varying his tactics and strategies. Since Charlie Kirk’s assassination just two months ago, it’s clear we have more violence coming. But trying to destroy the MAGA movement by taking out its leaders has backfired. So I want to warn everyone of the tactical change from ‘full frontal assault,’ to the ‘join in and pollute the movement from within.’  This was Satan’s same strategic shift in ‘spiritual warfare’ in the early centuries of the church. Satan worked feverishly to incite world leaders and even the Jewish Elders, to oppose and destroy the church with a “full frontal assault.” By the second century, the Christian faith had gained a large enough following, that an assault from without was no longer effective. So the Evil One brought in ‘false shepherds’ and ‘ungodly men’ to corrupt the church from within with false doctrine. By the 4th Century the ‘little flock’ of Jesus was unrecognizable!  Power, money and influence were now the rule of the day. Another subtle strategy was working against the ‘Gospel Truth,’ Satan Flooded the Zone with Falsehood!

Paul, the Apostle, warned the fledgling Church that there were “already grievous wolves threatening to destroy the flock” (Acts 20:29).  Within the first two centuries many versions of the Gospel of Jesus were proclaimed. These falsehoods were so destructive, that apart from the Holy Spirit’s revelation to the “elect,” no one would have been saved.  If Satan can’t defeat the ‘True Gospel of Jesus Christ,’ he’ll promote multiple falsehoods and ‘Flood the Zone’ with them!  Just like the Early Church – we too are living in dangerous times, in which Satan continues to stir up evil and godless men to oppose the Truth.  But he’s also stirring up godless liars to promote falsehood at every turn. I see the current battles going on within the MAGA Movement as evidence that these tactics are morphing into a proliferation of falsehood and pseudo followers who are doing much harm. There is a great lesson that can be learned from an old Glenn Ford movie: “The Brotherhood of the Bell” (1970). This movie reminds me of today’s Democrats, often mocking and ridiculing Christians and conservatives who notice what’s happening in plain sight, as ‘conspiracy theories!’ 

During an induction ceremony into the Brotherhood of the Bell, St. George College student Philip Dunning is told that his secret society brethren will take care of him. They will mentor him, provide useful business contacts, and put him on the path to financial success. In return, he only has to do what the Brotherhood asks of him at a future date.  Andrew Patterson, a long-time brother who attended Dunning's ceremony, learns that it's his time to do the Brotherhood's bidding. He receives a letter instructing him to ensure that one of his colleagues at the Institute for the Study of Western Civilization turns down a job offer from another academic institution. If his colleague refuses to comply, Patterson (Glenn Ford) is to threaten to release information about the people who helped the man to defect. Patterson tries to refuse the assignment. But he eventually does threaten to use the letter and learns the next day that his colleague has committed suicide. Racked with guilt, Patterson tries to expose the Brotherhood of the Bell – not realizing how strong a grip the secret society has on every aspect of his life.  [ https://www.classicfilmtvcafe.com/2020/01/brotherhood-of-bell-film-review.html ]

As the movie draws to a climax, Andrew Patterson, desperate to get the truth out, goes on a Jerry Springer type ‘tell-all T.V. show’ to expose the “Brotherhood of the Bell.” After he gives a quick run-down of this secret society and its sinister motives, a black man stands to agree with Andrew.  He reveals that the “Brotherhood of the Bell” is a part of the power structure for the “White Racial States of America,” saying that this organization was not secret, but operating in plain sight!  Next, a woman comes to the microphone, holds up a piece of paper declaring that Professor Andrew’s real name is Abraham Warsaw, and that he’s a part of a Zionist conspiracy to take over the world. Next, the host of the show, William Conrad – who has been very adversarial toward Andrew –  presents his theory.  He states that the “Brotherhood of the Bell” is a front organization for the Catholic Church, and goes on a rant explaining how Rome is behind all of the world’s subterfuge. But then, as the audience is yelling “no no,” he pivots and tells them:  “I was just lying – just like Professor Patterson!  He’s a nut, and no one should believe him!”

This is what I call ‘Flooding the Zone with Falsehoods!’ Sad to say, we are seeing some of these tactics even within the MAGA movement. Over the past 20 years, a ‘new-citizen-driven-media’ has in many ways replaced the Corporate Legacy Media that was once controlled by CBS, NBC and ABC. Cable News rose to power in the 1980’s as just another part of the Corporate Legacy Media but other than Fox News – they too represent only a small part of the ‘new-citizen-driven-media.’  On any given day, millions of Americans get their news from literally hundreds of Websites or videos posted on YouTube or Rumble. But this is where the Christian consumer needs to be wary: ‘Not everything that sounds plausible, interesting, or agrees with our preconceived beliefs, is true!”  There are as many ‘new-citizen-driven-media’ channels as there are crazy opinions. Be aware, Satan is ‘Flooding the Zone with Falsehoods!’ For millions who get their news through these new ‘information channels,’ the Apostle John’s warning is very relevant:

“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world” (1 john 4:1).

Personally, I get my news from a handful of websites and YouTube / Rumble Channels – from men and women whom I have vetted and found to be ‘mostly trustworthy.’ But on any given day there are dozens of prompts to watch other videos – based on my searches, viewing history and preferences (algorithms).  Most of them have a provocative title or cover photo that is meant to get me to ‘Click’ on their video – that’s how they get paid in these ‘new-citizen-driven-media’ platforms. I admit that I am often curious enough to ‘Click and View,’ even if for just a minute, to see what the hype is about. But honestly, there are literally hundreds of videos on ‘Political News and Conspiracies, UFO or Bigfoot Sightings, Apocalyptic Events, Foods, Medicines or Parasites that will kill me, and False Prophets’ warning of the Imminent Financial Collapse – that just can’t all be right!  Most of these musings by other fallen men and women are just Satan: ‘Flooding the Zone with Falsehoods!’ This is what the Evil One enjoys doing – sending out so much garbage that we become impervious to actual truth! And just when I thought it couldn’t get any worse, I’ve started noticing stories that are fascinating and sound completely plausible – mostly because they agree with my values and opinions – that turn out to be completely FABRICATED by Artificial Intelligence (AI)!  This takes ‘Flooding the Zone with Falsehoods’ to a whole new level of Deception!

For those of my readers who are not aware, laws governing outright falsehoods and fabrications are not yet in place on the internet. We saw thousands of examples of Christians and Conservatives “Censored” because they had ‘Violated Community Standards’ for sharing something that the ‘Woke-Lefty-Censors from the Big Tech Giants didn’t like.’ Oh sure, they found that anything which was critical of Biden, the illegal invasion at our Southern Border, the Covid Lockdown or the mRNA Vaccine or that questioned LGBTQ Propaganda – was false!  Sadly, they were heavily invested in indoctrinating the public in preparation of “The New World Order.” But that censorship was not according to Truth, or even actual law. It wasn’t until Elon Musk bought Twitter in 2022 and changed it from a “Woke-Censored-Platform” to a “Free-Speech-Platform” that the Big Tech giants were forced to allow free speech to a greater degree. But this isn’t what I’m concerned about. Now with AI people can make a video showing what appears to be a person you trust, and they can put words into their mouth and have them saying things that they didn’t say!  Apparently, as long as somewhere below the video in the comments section, they mention that this is AI created, it’s all right. 

I fear for future generations of young Americans – children and adults – who will have no standard with which to judge ‘what is true!’  They can and probably will be “Brain-washed” and won’t even know it. Add to that, the vast majority of Americans are now raised outside the Church and exposure to the Word of God, and you have the recipe for great swaths of the planet being deceived with Lies and Falsehoods!  My prayer for future generations is that God would kindle a real Spiritual Revival – one marked by a return to ‘hearing and believing God’s Word!’ The only defense against the ‘Flood of Falsehoods,’ is having your understanding and affections fortified by the Gospel of Jesus Christ through God’s Holy Word!
