In a recent nationally conducted poll, with results reported on YouGov, we learn that there is a startling disconnect between “What Actually Is” (reality), and “What People Perceive to be True” here in America! While these kinds of polls are supposed to “take the national pulse,” this one was startling in that it revealed the abject ignorance of the American people. Or maybe looking at it differently, it reveals how successful the “machines of propaganda and misinformation” have been in changing the thinking of the American Electorate. People were asked, according to this poll:
What percentage of the country is black? Answer 41%… Actual 12%. If you watch commercials, you will think it is 90%.
What percentage of marriages are mixed race? Answer 50%…Actual 1%. If you watch commercials, you will think it is 90%.
What percentage is “Latino?” Answer 39%… Actual 17%.
How many families make over $500,000 a year? Answer 26%… Actual 1%. We think a quarter of the country is rich.
What percentage of Americans are vegetarians? Answer 30%… Actual 5%.
What percentage of Americans live in NY city? Answer 30%… Actual 3%.
What percentage of Americans are ‘transgender? Answer 22%… Actual 1%
What percentage of your fellow citizens is Gay? Answer 30%… Actual 3%
So the questions that we usually ask are: “How, in this Information Age of World-Wide Media, Online Libraries, 24/7 News Coverage and Personal Tech Devices is this possible?” And, “How can the average American’s perception of reality be so out of sync from what actually is?” The obvious answer to my question is clearly because of the Media / Entertainment / Education Complex and its relentless preaching of the New Secular Religion. The tenets of that religion are: America as founded is Evil, White People are Evil and Wealth is Evil. Also, Gay-Lesbian and Transexuals are good, Straight is bad, Abortion is a gift from God and Christians are Racist-Bigoted-Homophobes who should be jailed, if for no other reason than their rejection of the Experimental Covid Vaccine! I know that’s a mouthful, but it’s true. And, there is another question I’d like to ask, and that is the focus of this week’s Blog: “With truthful information so readily available, Why does the Media-Entertainment-Education Complex still think they can blatantly lie to us?” And that answer is: “Behold, the Mighty Puffer Fish, how can you possibly fight against him?” In case you don’t know what a Puffer Fish is, here’s what the National Geographic for Kids website says about the Puffer Fish:
“Pufferfish can inflate into a ball shape to evade predators. Some varieties of the Puffer Fish can have poisonous barbs on their outside skin, but most are just a “flimsy fish” with no real weapons save one, the ability to make themselves appear bigger and scarier than they are by sucking in large amounts of seawater! If you know anyone who is clearly Woke, you’ll know that they are filled with hatred, and have very little sense of humor. Most have a hard time just being outwardly civil to those who disagree with any tenet of their religious beliefs. So, the result of their Puffer Fish tactics on the rest of us is: Knowing their hatred and threat to “cancel” anyone who disagrees with them, we mostly keep quiet and comply with their bullying. I’m also reminded of a character named “Johnny Tyler” from the 1993 movie, Tombstone, played by Billy Bob Thornton.”
In the movie, Johnny Tyler is a foul-mouthed bully, who landed in Tombstone, brandishing his gun and mouth at a local gambling hall, where he’s able to bully his way into being the “house dealer.” While his mouthy threats scare most of the customers away, his tough-guy demeanor is mostly just an act. Like the mighty Puffer Fish, Johnny has blown himself up to be a fearsome gunslinger whom no one will challenge. Truth be told, he’s not tough and he is no gunslinger. When Wyatt Earp (Kurt Russell), a man who knows how – and has used his gun to enforce the law enters in and challenges him, Johnny folds and is forced to vacate the premises. My point is, most Woke-Bullies are part Puffer Fish or Johnny Tylers’, who use brash threats to scare nervous corporate executives at publically traded companies and timid government bureaucrats, to get their way. The poll above doesn’t just show the long-term result of the propaganda and disinformation of the small minority of Woke Bullies, it shows that Americans will repeat their lies – SO THAT WE WON’T BE SINGLED OUT FOR PUNISHMENT!
No doubt, many young people are totally unaware of truth or facts and have swallowed whole the falsehoods of the Media / Entertainment / Education Complex, but some of them who see the “disconnect” are afraid to be “singled out,” or thought of as “uncool,” then “targeted for social destruction.” An old Japanese proverb fits well here: “The nail that sticks out, will be hammered down,” and no one wants to be hammered down. The sad truth is, we’re not the rugged individualists people used to perceive Americans to be, we are Compliant Sheeple who behave as we’re told (conditioned?), and are afraid to rock the boat for fear we’ll be punished. History shows most of fallen mankind as more than happy to “run with the herd.”
There is a spiritual lesson here. The Beast spoken of in the Book of Revelation Chapter 13 – whom many believe to be a coming “Anti-Christ” is portrayed as a fearsome creature with seven heads and ten horns, and is also said to have been “healed of a mortal wound.” This combination makes him outwardly fearsome, to the point where men say:
“Who is as great as the beast?” they exclaimed. “Who is able to fight against him?” (Revelation 13:4).
Regardless of your view of Revelation, the obvious point is easy to see: When people perceive something to be threatening (even if it’s not true), they are reluctant to put up a fight. I do believe that we are witnessing a whole generation of cowards in America who are fearful of the powers they perceive to be in control. Looking at the poll at the top of my blog, the number of Americans who are actually Transgender is only about 1%. If you add 3% of the population who are Gay / Lesbian, and you have a whopping 4% of the population who have sexual dysfunctions. That means the other 96% who are not LGBT, are a clear majority. How is it possible that such a small minority of the population now dominates the news, are promoted in virtually every TV program and movie you watch, and have most of our schools falling all over themselves to adopt their agenda? How can so few people perpetrate such “iron-handed tyranny” over the larger majority? We already know the answer: The Media / Entertainment / Education Complex makes it appear that the Gay / Lesbian / Transgender forces are much bigger and more formidable than they actually are, so we concede without a fight. This leads me to the final question: “What is the purpose of this misinformation?”
The Bible clearly says that these things are Lies, so we should already know that the author is “The Father of Lies, the Devil” (John 8:44). We know that the Devil works through fallen people to accomplish his ends. So a level down we can safely say that the sinister forces energizing these small minorities (who are but a small fraction of the populace) are being controlled by Elites who feel that it is their “right to rule,” just like the kings and queens of the past. So why are they promoting the “Tyranny of all these Minorities?” Again, the answer is back to their quest for the New World Order in which only a handful of Elites rule the planet and all its resources – for their own benefit. If you start with the basic premises of the New Secular Religion, you’ll grasp that we Men, Women and Children are the Parasites destroying the planet. So, anything that helps eradicate or diminish us vermin they see as the “excess population,” it will make sense how it all fits together. Abortion, Gay/Lesbian/Transgender, Bi-Sexual and the War on our Food Supply, all have one thing in common: The outcomes of these actions do not promote human life in the end. All of the Class Warfare listed in the polling data cited earlier, is just propaganda to promote class / race / sexual divisions. The only way they can convince a far larger majority of people to obey the Elites is to: “Divide and Conquer.”
In closing, it’s important as Christians to “be wise as serpents, yet harmless as doves” (Matthew 10:16). If we strike out with acts of violence, we are no better than they are. We need to be “harmless children of the morning,” and “let our light so shine that they can see our good works and glorify our Father in Heaven” (Matthew 5:16). We desperately need a whole generation of Christians who won’t fear the Puffer Fish, or the actual threats and oppression of the Police State that was once the Land of the Free. Let us with boldness stand for Truth, Virtue and Righteousness, both in our Churches and across this great land. It may be that God might grant us a reprieve from the hurt the New World Order plans to visit upon us, and in the process, turn many hearts back to God through faith in Jesus Christ!
